He talked to HR this morning. Apparently the office staff and the general staff are on different plans. The HR gave him the office staff forms with the office staff numbers through a different insuring company. I think it's sweet that the office staff gets twice the coverage on their policy than the regular workers *rolls her eyes*
So we shall try again today through the peasant below the salt worker's insurer and see how fast they come back :-)

Yeah. At my workplace, the higher up management has better benefits. HR people have different benefits. Depends on your "level."

i would imagine that the other folks also pay higher premiums - at least that would be fair....
