To be honest, I had hoped that I would be able to get the college  LOC under $20 before the end of the year but that just didn't quite happen.

I am still tucking $ away each month for college but in five months I hopefully am done with all of that and can channel it towards paying off the debt. Fingers crossed.

The mortgage will be under 11 by Jan 'where the money stands' . It will be interesting to see how low it can go.
