Where the money stands

as of Feb 8, 2014

Sorry I have been away everyone. I have been down and out with a massive ear infection and chest cold. Almost 10 days later and I still have no hearing in my right ear, except for the fantastic 24/7 ringing and the popping but never quite clearing sounds.  I have been off work but it looks like I am going to have to go in next week. It was hell trying to find subs so I could stay home last week. I am less dizzy and only have some headaches now but am absolutely exhausted. good times.

So sorry to hear this. Hope your ear will be back to normal in no time. Ear problems are my worst nightmare. Take care and be well..

Awww sorry to hear you've been sick. I can imagine how hard it is to find a supply. Do you still have 20 sick days or have yours been cut too? We went from 20 down to 11 in our last contract. So far I've only had to use 2 since September - I hate to use them in case I REALLY need them later! Take care!!

Thanks guys. We still get our 20 here Jane and we can roll them over from year to year so that helps a lot. I really hate using them, but I am glad they are there. Have to say if this is how my boys felt when they were little and had ear infections, I understand much better why they were so sick.

Get well soon! I'm sure this -40 weather isn't helping though :(

(btw: binge read all your posts since the beginning! You've done such an amazing job paying down your debt! Way to go :)
